Fees pursuant to Chapter 123, Building Construction, shall be as follows:
A. 
Inspection services by Director of Building and Zoning prior to building permit issuance: $15 per inspection. (§ 123-10)
B. 
Building permit fees (§ 123-8). The following shall be the building permit fees for construction within the Village of Williamsville, Illinois:
(1) 
Residential construction: $0.15 per square foot based on a finished per-square-foot basis.
(2) 
Garages and outbuildings: $0.10 per square foot.
(3) 
Commercial construction: $0.05 per square foot with a minimum base fee of $100 and a maximum base fee of $2,000, plus reimbursement of all costs incurred by the Village, including but not limited to its engineering, legal or clerical fees associated with said construction.
(4) 
Fences, pools, signs and towers: $25.
(5) 
Minimum building permit fee for any construction, remodeling or other type of activity which requires a building permit: $25.
C. 
Construction plan review fees pursuant to § 123-16:
(1) 
1-1-2009 through 12-31-2010: $110.
(2) 
1-1-2011 through 12-31-2012: $120.
(3) 
1-1-2013 through 12-31-2014: $130.
(4) 
1-1-2015 through 12-31-2016: $140.
Fees pursuant to Chapter 222, Peddling and Soliciting, shall be as follows:
A. 
Itinerant merchant license: the greater of $25 or the Village's actual costs associated with the background check of the applicant. (§ 222-2B)

Peddler's license: the greater of $25 or the Village's actual costs associated with the background check of the applicant. (§ 222-3B)
Fees pursuant to Chapter 235, Sewers, shall be as follows:

Connection to sanitary dump station: $50 per month. (§ 235-3)

Private sewage disposal permit and inspection fee: $25. (§ 235-7B)
