Commercial construction: $0.05 per square foot with a minimum base fee of $100 and a maximum base fee of $2,000, plus reimbursement of all costs incurred by the Village, including but not limited to its engineering, legal or clerical fees associated with said construction.

Minimum building permit fee for any construction, remodeling or other type of activity which requires a building permit: $25.
