Traffic control signs shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 117-26), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 117-27) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 117-28), in the areas described and during the time periods designated in said Schedule III.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 117-29), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 117-30), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 117-31), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 117-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 117-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A. 
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 117-34), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
B. 
No trailers of any weight or size, or trucks or any other type of vehicle over 10,000 pounds in net weight or in excess of 22 feet in length or in excess of seven feet in width, shall be towed or operated on River Road or Old Mill Road. This provision shall not apply to the following:

(1) 
Emergency vehicles;
(2) 
Municipal vehicles;
(3) 
Vehicles performing municipal services for the Village;
(4) 
Commercial trucks engaged in delivery services to the residents of River Road or Old Mill Road;
(5) 
Commercial trucks used in connection with new construction on River Road or Old Mill Road; or
(6) 
Trailers of residents living on River Road or Old Mill Road.
No school bus shall be operated on Old Mill Road or River Road unless the same is actually engaged in the pickup or discharge of pupils along said roads, and no school bus shall so pick up or discharge pupils along River Road unless it is traveling in a northerly direction thereon.
