A.
The provisions
of § 1903 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law concerning
homestead base proportions and nonhomestead base proportions are hereby
adopted.
B.
The homestead
base proportions and nonhomestead base proportions shall be established
by resolution of the Incorporated Village of Westbury Board of Trustees
in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Equalization and
Assessment and shall apply to taxes levied on the 2010/2011 final
assessment roll and to taxes levied on subsequent rolls until this
article shall be repealed.
