There is hereby created within the Township of Chesterfield
the position of Information Technology Specialist, who shall be responsible
for the management and maintenance of the Township's website, subject,
nevertheless, to specific direction from the Township Clerk/Office
Manager and the Township Committee. The Information Technology Specialist
shall be paid in accordance with the Township's Salary Ordinance and
shall be appointed annually by the Township Committee for a term not
to exceed one year. Notwithstanding the duration of the term to which
the Information Technology Specialist is appointed, the position is
intended to be an at-will position, and continued employment shall
be predicated upon the Township Committee's satisfaction with the
quality of the website created, and then maintained and managed, by
the Information Technology Specialist.
