Pursuant to the provisions of § 215 of the County Law, the following rule and regulation be and the same is hereby adopted to take effect immediately:
A. 
Any and all unauthorized public use of or entry upon the portions of the Saratoga County Airport which are not occupied and used for the business and services rendered by the fixed-base operator pursuant to the terms and provisions of its lease are prohibited.
B. 
Such portions of the Saratoga County Airport which are prohibited as to unauthorized public use and entry as herein set forth shall be posted with signs lettered as follows:
Trespassing Prohibited
Unauthorized entry upon and use of these premises in any manner is an offense punishable by $100 fine or imprisonment for 30 days or both. Resolution No. 103, 1975, Saratoga County Board of Supervisors.
Violation of this rule and regulation shall constitute an offense and a person guilty of such offense may be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
