Former Art. XIV, Oil-Burning Equipment, as amended, was repealed 3-16-2010 by L.L. No. 1-2010. This local law also redesignated former § 143-78 as § 143-56. In order to maintain the numerical organization of the chapter, former § 143-68 through § 143-77 were redesignated as § 143-51 through § 143-55 and reserved for future use.
