The Borough of Conshohocken hereby establishes a Police Pension Plan
in accordance with specific terms, conditions and provisions as set
forth in a certain Police Pension Plan Document, which same is on
file in the office of the Borough Manager, and which is incorporated
herein by reference. Borough Council reserves the right, from time
to time, to amend and restate the plan as deemed advisable or as required
due to change of law or regulation.
2.
Eligible employees who are participants in the Police Pension Plan
shall remain a participant notwithstanding any future amendment or
restatement, and no employee who was a participant in any prior Police
Pension Plan shall receive a benefit pursuant to any future plan that
is less than the benefit to which he or she was entitled under the
existing Police Pension Plan as of the day prior to the effective
date of any amended plan.
