There is hereby established the following schedule of fees for
permits and licenses which shall be in addition to any other such
fees established by the Township of Harding or the State of New Jersey:
A. Every public recreational bathing shall, on or before May 1 of each year, pay to the Harding Township Board of Health an annual license fee per facility in the amount set forth in Chapter
171, Fees.
B. Prior to the construction of a public recreational bathing facility, the owner or applicant shall submit an application and plan of construction to the Harding Township Health Department and pay to the Harding Township Board of Health a permit fee for plan review in the amount set forth in Chapter
171, Fees.
C. Prior to the alteration of a public recreational bathing facility, the owner or applicant shall submit an application and plan of alteration to the Harding Township Health Department and pay to the Harding Township Board of Health a permit fee for plan review in the amount set forth in Chapter
171, Fees.
The fees and charges hereinabove set forth shall not apply to
pools, spas or whirlpools owned and operated exclusively by organizations
or institutions which are exclusively charitable, religious, educational
or municipal.
This chapter and the code herein established shall take effect
30 days after the first publication of the ordinance, in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter 188, P.L. 1950 (N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1
to 26:3-69.6).
