The following lane reservations shall be established at this intersection:
A. 
The left lane of the southerly approach of West Saddle River Road shall be for left turns only.
B. 
The left lane of the northerly approach of West Saddle River Road shall be for left turns only.
C. 
The left lane of the westerly approach of Lake Street shall be for left turns only.
D. 
The left lane of the easterly approach of Lake Street shall be for left turns only.
The following "no turn on red" prohibitions shall be established at this intersection:
A. 
From eastbound on Lake Street to southbound on West Saddle River Road.
B. 
From westbound on Lake Street to northbound on West Saddle River Road.
C. 
From northbound on West Saddle River Road to eastbound on Lake Street.
D. 
From southbound on West Saddle River Road to westbound on Lake Street.
The following "no stopping or standing" regulations shall be established at this intersection:
A. 
Along the westerly curbline of West Saddle River Road, beginning at the northerly curbline of Lake Street and extending to Holly Drive.
B. 
Along the easterly curbline of West Saddle River Road, beginning at the southerly curbline of Lake Street and extending 390 feet southerly thereof.
C. 
Along the southerly curbline of Lake Street, beginning at the westerly curbline of West Saddle River Road and extending 265 feet westerly thereof.
D. 
Along the northerly curbline of Lake Street, beginning at the westerly curbline of West Saddle River Road and extending 265 feet westerly thereof.
E. 
Along the northerly curbline of Lake Street, beginning at the easterly curbline of West Saddle River Road and extending 440 feet easterly thereof.
F. 
Along the southerly curb line of Lake Street, beginning at the easterly curbline of West Saddle River Road and extending 440 feet easterly thereof.
The existing "no parking any time" regulations at this intersection and in the following areas shall remain:
A. 
Along the easterly curbline of West Saddle River Road, beginning at the northerly curbline of Lake Street and extending to a point 200 feet north of the northerly driveway to the Municipal Complex.
B. 
Along the westerly curbline of West Saddle River Road, beginning at the southerly curbline of Lake Street and extending 500 feet southerly thereof.
Any person who shall violate any of the prohibitions of Article IX, §§ 145-26 through 145-29, inclusive, shall be subject to such fines and penalties as set forth in § 1-15 of the Borough Code within the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge or such other court as may have jurisdiction.
