The owner, tenant, manager and all other persons maintaining, operating, controlling or otherwise responsible for laundries, laundromats, launderettes, laundermats and dry cleaners shall, at all times, keep and maintain each such establishment in a clean and sanitary condition. Laundries, laundromats, launderettes, laundermats and dry cleaners shall be open to inspection at any time by the Board of Health, its officers or any employee of the Board.
The fee for a permit for every laundry, laundromat, launderette, laundermat and dry cleaner establishment shall be as set forth in § 479-3.
