Township of Allamuchy, NJ Article IV Telecommunications Service

[Adopted 6-21-1993 by Ord. No. 5-93 (Ch. 28, Art. IV, of the 1981 Code)]

§ 33-15 Agreement authorized.

The Allamuchy Township Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the interlocal service agreement for the provision of 911 telecommunications service, in the form annexed hereto,[1] and to perform any other acts necessary to bind the Township of Allamuchy to said agreement.
