Township of Upper Macungie, PA A Board of Supervisors.

§ 1-101 Time and Place of Board Meetings.

1. The regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors shall convene on every first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

2. The organization meeting of the Board of Supervisors shall convene on the first Monday in January of each year at 7:00 p.m. If the first Monday is a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held the following day.

3. The regular and organization meetings shall occur in the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building located at 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania 18031.

§ 1-102 Compensation of Township Supervisors.

1. Each person of the Township of Upper Macungie elected or appointed to the Office of Supervisor on or after October 7, 2021, shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual amount $4,375.

2. This compensation shall be paid to such Supervisors in monthly installments.
