There will be no parking on any Town road in the Town of Cazenovia
during the period from November 15 to April 15 in each year.

A.
There will
be no parking on either side of Rathbun Road from the intersection
of Route 13 east to Niagara Mohawk Pole No. 17, then north 400 feet
from said Pole No. 17 at any time during each year.
B.
There will
be no parking on either side of Madge Lane in the Town of Cazenovia
for the entire length thereof at any time during each year.
C.
There will
be no parking on either side of North Lake Road from the intersection
of Mark Lane west to the intersection of West Lake Road at any time
during each year.

D.
There will
be no parking on either side of East Lake Road from the intersection
of Chard Road north to the intersection of North Lake Road at any
time during each year.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to the penalties provided in Article V, Enforcement, of this chapter.
