A Clerk to assist all boards of Town officials shall be appointed
by the Board of Selectmen upon nomination of the Board of Finance.
[Added 10-7-1935; amended 10-5-1936]
A.
In the case of a vacancy in the office of Selectmen, for the position
of Clerk of all Town boards, said vacancy shall be filled by appointment
by the Board of Finance.
B.
In the event of a vacancy in the office of Clerk of the Board of
Selectmen, said vacancy be filled by appointment by the Board of Selectmen.
