Town of Putnam, CT Chapter 97 Property, Sale of

§ 97-1 Acceptance and disposal of property in lieu of taxes.

The Selectmen of the Town of Putnam are authorized to accept any conveyance of property in payment of unpaid taxes due to the Town of Putnam and to sell and dispose of any such property in any manner they may see fit.
