Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-144c of the Connecticut
General Statutes, the Town hereby waives any property tax due wherein
the total amount due on said property tax bill shall be $5 or less
in any fiscal year.
This article shall be effective as of property appearing on
the Grand List of October 1, 1998, and thereafter.
