No person shall offer for sale, sell or cause to be sold to
any school pupil any articles of food, or any articles suitable for
or intended for human consumption, within the limits of the public
ways and within 100 yards from the nearest boundary of any public
school grounds between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days
when the public schools are in session.
