The Town Attorney of the Town of Lockport shall be a resident
and an elector of any municipality in the County of Niagara.
This article supersedes Town Law § 23, Subdivision
1, and Public Officers Law §§ 3, Subdivision 1, and
30, Subdivision 1d.
This article is enacted pursuant to the New York Constitution, Article IX, Section 2(C)(1); Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision 1(ii)a(1) and 1(ii)d(3).
