§ 168-7 Subdivision, site plan, or rezoning application initial review fee.

An initial application review fee in the amount set forth in § 168-1, Master Fee Schedule for Land Development Applications and Permits, shall be charged for all subdivision, site plan and rezoning applications.

§ 168-8 Rezoning application fees.

A filing fee in the amount set forth § 168-1, Master Fee Schedule for Land Development Applications and Permits, shall be charged for all rezoning applications.

§ 168-9 Professional review escrow fee.

A professional review fee as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule[1] for land development applications and permits shall be charged for all subdivision, site plan and rezoning applications.
