The purpose of this district is to preserve productive agricultural
land resources and to provide for low-density single-family residential
development that will be compatible with agricultural pursuits and
will preserve natural features and to provide for accessory uses and
compatible public and semipublic uses as conditional uses or uses
by special exception.
In the A-1 Agricultural District, only the following uses are
authorized:
