636, Art. VIII, of the 1985 Code)]
An administrative ferry review charge, not to exceed $2,500, is hereby imposed upon each and every application filed with the County Legislature on or after the effective date of this article, pursuant to Chapter 455, Ferry Service, of the Suffolk County Code, either for a ferry license authorization, extension, modification or renewal and/or ferry rate authorization, increase, decrease, modification, extension or renewal, said fee to cover time and materials expended by the County of Suffolk for the processing and review of such applications, said fee to be determined by the County Comptroller on the basis of such time and material analyses.
