Any Suffolk County department, office, or agency which is holding
an auction of any kind is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed
to advertise the auction, at least 14 days in advance, in the newspapers
designated annually for the advertisement of public hearings by the
County Legislature.
The County department, agency, or office holding an auction
of any kind shall also prominently advertise the auction on their
website for at least 14 days prior to the date of the auction.
