This article is enacted pursuant to the authority
of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York
and shall be known as the "Games of Chance Law of the Town of Walworth."

Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction, shall
be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment of
not more than 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined
in § 476 of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, upon
obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within
the territorial limits of the Town of Walworth, subject to the provisions
of this article, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article
19-B of the Executive Law, and any amendments to any of the foregoing,
and the following restrictions.
The game of bingo conducted within the Town, pursuant to a license
issued in accordance with this article and the applicable statutes
and rules, may be operated by authorized organizations on the first
day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday."
The unauthorized conduct of a bingo game and any willful violation
of any provision of this article or of the laws of the State of New
York shall constitute and be punishable as a misdemeanor.
