No person who is the owner or has control of any livestock shall
suffer or permit such livestock to run or be at large in any of the
public streets, highways or places within the village.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
LIVESTOCK
Includes cattle, sheep, hogs, goats, horses, poultry and
fur-bearing animals.

A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $250 and/or a maximum of 15 days' imprisonment,
except where penalties established by statute apply. Each day that
any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
