A.Â
Parts 601.01 through 602.12 of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation's
administrative rules, Chapter 600, CONTROL OF OUTDOOR ADVERTISING,
are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this article.
B.Â
Parts 1.1 through 3.4 of Section 680 of the New Hampshire Department
of Transportation's rules and regulations pertaining to business directional
signs are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this article.
C.Â
The incorporation of the rules and regulations identified in Subsections A and B above is subject to the following:
(1)Â
The "Department" and "Bureau" as referenced in these incorporated
rules and regulations shall mean the City of Laconia Department of
Public Works.
(2)Â
The fee for a business directional sign application shall be $25.
(3)Â
Section 602.08 is amended to permit three business direction signs.
(4)Â
Business directional signs shall be permitted only in areas of the
City zoned Commercial Resort.
(5)Â
Section 602.09 is amended to limit each signpole to three business
directional signs.
D.Â
Copies of the rules and regulations referenced in this article shall
be kept and maintained in City Hall and be labeled and filed in the
same location as any official copy of the Laconia City ordinances.
