Every volunteer firefighter who is an active member of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc., shall, within 24 hours of performing any volunteer firefighting service to any other fire department or company on an emergency call, other than as part of a response to a mutual aid call, report each and every such act of service to the Chief or Assistant Chiefs of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc.
No volunteer firefighter who is an active member of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc., shall use other than a Scott Air-Pac while volunteering services to another fire department or company unless said volunteer firefighter has been fit-tested for the use of such air-pac that is not a Scott brand air-pac.
Any volunteer firefighter of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc., who fails to comply with the provisions hereof shall be subject to discipline by the Village of Dundee and/or the Dundee Fire Company, Inc.
The Village Clerk shall deliver a certified copy of this article to each active member of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc. A copy hereof shall further be delivered to each future active member of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc., upon the commencement of such membership.
The provisions hereof shall be applicable on and after January 1, 2011.

This article shall be known as the "Local Law To Establish the Annual Meeting Date of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc."
This article provides for setting the annual meeting date for the Dundee Fire Company, Inc. thereby superseding Village Law Section 10-1010.
This article is adopted pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
The annual meeting date for the Dundee Fire Company, Inc., shall be the third Monday of December.
This article shall supersede the provisions of Village Law Sections 10-1010 and 10-1016 to the extent inconsistent with the same and to the extent permitted by the New York State Constitution, the Municipal Home Rule Law or any other statute determined to be in conflict with the provisions hereof as pertains the annual meeting date of the Dundee Fire Company, Inc.
