The Clerk of the County Legislature is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed, pursuant to §
A2-11 of the Suffolk County Administrative Code, to post the recorded votes for all legislation acted upon by the Suffolk County Legislature, in committee and/or on the floor of the County Legislature; the minutes of all Suffolk County legislative meetings; the minutes of all Suffolk County legislative committee meetings; the minutes of all Suffolk County Community College Board of Trustees meetings; the minutes of all Suffolk County Sewer Agency meetings; the minutes of all Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum Board of Trustees meetings; the minutes of all Suffolk County Planning Commission meetings; the minutes of all Board of Trustees of the Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation meetings; the minutes of all meetings of the Suffolk County Water Authority Board; the minutes of all meetings of the Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation Board; and the minutes of all other Suffolk County board and/or commission meetings; on or after the effective date of this chapter, on the County's website for access by the public.
The Clerk of the Legislature shall assign at least one individual
to oversee the implementation of this policy at the Management Information
Systems Division of the County Department of Civil Service and Human
Resources (the agency which performs the actual physical work of placing
the data on the website).

All County departments shall compile all existing rules and
regulations which have been promulgated and implemented to enforce
County laws and publish same on their departmental websites.
All County departments shall complete the compilation and publication
of their rules and regulations on departmental websites within 90
days of the effective date of this article.
All rules and regulations posted online shall be updated by
each County department at least once every six months.
