A. All licenses will be issued to the developer and/or management of any mobile home park based on standards of quality as defined by the Woodall Mobile Home Inspection and Evaluation Teams. This agency is presumably located at 500 Hyacinth Place, Highland Park, IL and is known as the "Woodall Mobile Home Agency." Licenses may be issued in quality steps, as defined by this agency, and are rated by a numbered star count (for example, three-star, five-star, etc.). Any mobile home park whose standards have fallen below the rating stated on the license shall be deemed in violation of this section, and said license shall be revoked. A reasonable time may be allowed the management of the mobile home park to improve and rectify the conditions causing this action. License revocation shall be in addition to other remedies and penalties as provided in Article
VIII of this chapter.

the applicant, accompanied by an affidavit of the applicant as to
the truth of the application and by a fee of $10 per mobile home lot.
The application shall contain the name and address of the applicant
and the location and legal description of the mobile home park.

Town Council within 24 hours after having sold, transferred, given
away, or otherwise disposed of interest in or control of any mobile
home park. Such notice shall include the name and address of the mobile
home park. Upon application in writing for transfer of the license
and payment of a fee of $10 per mobile home lot, the license shall
be transferred if the mobile home park is in compliance with all applicable
provisions of this chapter.
D. Applications for renewal of licenses shall be made in writing by
the holders of the licenses, shall be accompanied by a fee of $10
per mobile home lot, and shall contain any change in the information
submitted since the original license was issued or the latest renewal
granted.
