There is hereby established in the Department of Administration
a Division of Personnel and Health Benefits, which shall be responsible
for the design, maintenance and administration of personnel records,
procedures and programs in accordance with Title 11A, Civil Service,
of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, any other law of the state,
or local law.
The personnel staff in the Division of Personnel and Health
Benefits may include clerical, operational, supervisory and managerial
positions as deemed necessary within the budgetary limits established
by the Council.
