Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VI (§ 510-43), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule VI being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Commercial vehicles, i.e., motor vehicles which are registered as commercial vehicles pursuant to Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, in excess of six tons' gross weight, as per the manufacturer's rated capacity, are hereby excluded from the streets and roads in the R-M and R-H Residential Districts as described in the Zoning Map of the Township of Eastampton, which is adopted by the Township pursuant to Chapter 540, Zoning, of the Code of the Township of Eastampton, and which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
