It is the desire of the Board of Commissioners of West Norriton
Township, Montgomery County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to organize
an Industrial Development Authority in West Norriton Township under
the Economic Development Financing Law.

In pursuit of said desire and intention and in conformity with
the terms and provisions of the Economic Development Financing Law,
the proposed Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth as Exhibit
A, attached hereto.[1] The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority
shall be executed by and on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of
West Norriton Township by the President of the Board. The Seal of
West Norriton Township shall be affixed thereto and attested to by
the Secretary of said Board. After proper execution, the Articles
of Incorporation shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
