The office of Building Inspector is hereby created.

The Township Commissioners shall select a Building Inspector
who shall serve until the first Monday in January of the next even-numbered
year, or until his successor is selected.

The Building Inspector shall be paid such salary or compensation
in such manner as the Township Commissioners shall from time to time
prescribe.

The Building Inspector shall administer and enforce such ordinances
and such rules and regulations of the Township, and such laws and
rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as may appertain
to this office, and perform such other and additional duties as may
be imposed upon him by the Commissioners.
