The parking, standing or stopping of motor vehicles of any kind or description except in emergency situations upon the following-described bridges or the approach to the said bridges located in the Town of Kinderhook is hereby prohibited:
A. 
County Bridge No. 61, located on Route 28, spanning the outlet to Kinderhook Lake in the Hamlet of Niverville.
B. 
Double bridges designated as County Bridges Nos. 8 and 9, located on County Route No. 21, spanning Kinderhook Creek near the village limits of the Village of Kinderhook.
The use of the said bridges by pedestrians shall be limited to crossing and recrossing same in connection with the use of the said county highway and as a means of gaining access from one side to the other of the said Kinderhook Lake outlet and Kinderhook Creek.
The penalty herein shall be as provided in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
