B.
Play vehicles
not to be used on roadway. No person riding upon any play vehicle
may attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway
or go upon any roadway except while crossing a roadway at a crosswalk.
A.
In-line skates may be operated or rode on any authorized paths, superseding the requirements of § 248-15B above.
B.
No in-line skates being otherwise lawfully operated or rode may be
pushed, pulled or in any way propelled by the following means: any
motorized vehicle, person on a bicycle or an animal.
C.
Persons lawfully operating in-line skates upon public streets shall
not ride more than two abreast.
D.
All in-line skates must be operated as close as practicable to the
right hand curb or edge of the street.
E.
No person, while operating in-line skates on a public street, shall
cause an object to be pushed, passed or thrown between two or more
operators of in-line skates.
F.
Operators of in-line skates shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians
using the City sidewalks and shall not otherwise endanger themselves,
pedestrian traffic or property.
A.
Any person 12 years of age and over who shall violate any provisions
of this article may be issued a citation and be subject to the penalties
provided by the deposit schedule upon conviction.
B.
Any person under 12 years of age who shall violate any provisions
of this article may receive an officer's warning along with the following
additional options:
