The fee for the consideration of and issuance of sewage permits
and land subdivision modules for the Borough of Summit Hill Sewage
Enforcement Officer, relating to the administration of the Pennsylvania
Facilities Act, P.L. 1535, No. 537, as amended (35 P.S. § 750.9),
will be as follows.
The applicant shall pay the total cost for services rendered, as listed in §
379-12. The Borough shall pay the cost of aforementioned services, plus any reimbursable expenses permitted by Act 537, Sewage Facilities Act, to the Sewage Enforcement Officer, within seven days after
receipt of the weekly statement illustrating all sewage enforcement
activities that are reimbursable.
The following fees shall be charged to land subdividers for
the preparation of on-site sewage modules:

The subdivider shall pay the Sewage Enforcement Officer all costs for services rendered as listed in §
379-14 prior to performing any of said services.
All fees listed in §§
379-12 and
379-14 shall be paid by the applicant and/or subdivider prior to completion of the work requested.

The applicants' fees listed in §
379-12 shall be collected by the Borough Secretary. All activities performed by the Sewage Enforcement Officer shall be submitted monthly via activity report and payment invoice. Totals of weekly reports shall constitute a monthly report.
The applicant and/or subdivider shall be responsible for obtaining
and paying for designs of sewage systems and excavation activities
connected with on-site testing.
The Sewage Enforcement Office shall apply for state reimbursements
for the net expenses incurred by the Borough of Summit Hill. These
will include reimbursable mileage, enforcement activities, legal services,
completion of the annual report at the end of each calendar year,
and the totaling of the net amount paid by the Borough of Summit Hill
in enforcing Act 537.
