A.
During the period Monday through Friday of each week, between the
hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., West Morris Street shall be open
to all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combination traffic, provided
that such vehicle(s) shall be prohibited from using a jake brake or
similar engine brake apparatus or system.
C.
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed
to prevent the delivery or pickup of people, merchandise or other
property along the highways from which such motor vehicles are otherwise
excluded.
