All mobile home parks permitted shall conform to the following standards as well as other applicable standards in this chapter and Chapter
600, Zoning.
The uses allowed within a mobile home park shall be as specified in Article
VIII, MH Mobile Home District, of Chapter
600, Zoning.
All applications for mobile home park development shall follow the procedures found in Article
III of this chapter.

All utilities shall be installed underground unless such placement
is deemed not feasible by the Board of Commissioners.
