The provisions of this article imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138, or any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon
any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I, attached
to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours
specified in Schedule II on any day (except Sundays and public holidays)
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule
II, attached and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle for
the times specified in Schedule III of any day (except Sundays and
public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described
in said Schedule III, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than
the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours
listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays)
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person who is not a resident of Juniper
Drive to park a motor vehicle on said street for more than two hours.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person who is not a resident of Cedarbridge
Road between Route 9 (New Road) and Juniper Drive to park a motor
vehicle on said street for more than two hours.
C. It shall
be unlawful for any person who is not a resident of Cedarbridge Road
between Juniper Drive and Wabash Avenue to park a motor vehicle on
said street for more than two hours.

D. The above stated restrictions as to two-hour parking on Juniper Drive
and Cedarbridge Road shall only apply when the Northfield Community
School is in session. Furthermore, said restrictions shall apply between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on those days when the Northfield Community
School is in session.
E. A "resident" shall be defined as an individual who resides in a house
on either Cedarbridge Road or Juniper Drive and the car that is parked
in the street is in fact registered to said household. These individuals
are exempted from complying with the two-hour parking restriction.
F. Any person violating any provision of this section shall, upon conviction
in the Municipal Court of the City of Northfield, be fined an amount
not exceeding $200.

A. It shall
be unlawful for any person who is not a resident of the northeastern
side of Davis Avenue between US Route 9 up through and including 425
Davis Avenue, identified on the Tax Maps for the City of Northfield
as Block 109, Lot 7, to park a motor vehicle on said portion of Davis
Avenue. These areas shall be marked by the appropriate signage.
B. A "resident" shall be defined as an individual who resides in a house on the portion of Davis Avenue between US Route 9 up through and including 425 Davis Avenue, identified on the Tax Maps for the City of Northfield as Block 109, Lot 7, and the motor vehicle that is parked on said portion of Davis Avenue is in fact registered to said household. These individuals are exempted from complying with the provisions of Subsection
A above.
C. Any person
violating any provision of this section shall, upon conviction in
the Municipal Court of the City of Northfield, be fined an amount
not exceeding $200.
