It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, company or corporation,
to permit trees or other objects to overhang any of the public streets,
avenues or alleys of the Township of Upper Chichester at a height
of not less than 20 feet, and, in the case of sidewalks, at a height
of less than eight feet above the surface of said public streets,
avenues, sidewalks or alleys of the Township of Upper Chichester.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000, together with the costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be subject
to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Every day that a
violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
