The smoking or use of any tobacco-based products is prohibited
within the confines of any outdoor recreational space in the Borough
of Baldwin, including, but not limited to, Revo Field, Romanus Field,
Municipal Field, Elmleaf Park, McGowan Field, Colewood Park, Overland
Trail, Leland Field and the Baldwin Borough Municipal Complex (tennis,
basketball and swimming).
Any person who shall violate this article shall, after issuance
of a summary offense citation and conviction of same before the District
Judge, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $300 plus costs of
court.
