The provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes, as amended, which
apply to snowmobiles which villages may lawfully adopt are hereby
adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully set
forth herein.
No person shall leave or allow a snowmobile owned or operated
by him or her to remain unattended on any public highway or public
property while the motor is running or with the starting key left
in the ignition.
No person shall operate a snowmobile upon any public highway within the Village at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour. No person shall operate a snowmobile on any trail designated in §
271-5 of this chapter or in any public park or recreation area at a speed in excess of the posted limit.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the general penalty in §
1-3 of the Village Code.
