[Adopted as Ch. 13, Sec. 53, of the 1996 By-laws]
No person shall park, or cause to be parked, at any location
on any public way within the Town of Dedham located within or abutting
a residential district, any commercial vehicle of more than 2 1/2
tons gross vehicle weight, for any period in excess of four hours,
unless said vehicle is actually in the process of loading, unloading,
or providing some discernible service to one or more adjacent residential
properties.
