No person shall use or permit the use of any land or premises in the Town of Schroeppel for a mobile home court or operate a mobile home court within the Town of Schroeppel without having first obtained a mobile home court license or renewal thereof as hereinafter provided.
A. 
Application. Application shall be made in triplicate on forms obtainable from the Town Clerk of the Town of Schroeppel. The application and all information contained therein shall be supplied under affidavit. The application, together with the fees hereinafter provided, shall be delivered to and filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Schroeppel. The Town Clerk shall refer the application to the Planning Board of the Town of Schroeppel and to the Building Inspector of the Town of Schroeppel for approvals as hereinafter provided.
B. 
Issuance of license. The Town Clerk is hereby authorized, pursuant to § 137 of the Town Law, to issue a mobile home court license. No such license shall be issued without the written approval of the Planning Board and the Building Inspector having been endorsed on the original of the application and filed in the office of the Town Clerk.
C. 
Renewals. The original application, together with the short-form renewal application, shall be read and considered together in the granting of any renewals.
A mobile home court may be developed in sections, and in such case a separate application and license shall be required for each section.

A. 
The initial license fee for a mobile home park and an annual fee per mobile home site shall be in the amount as established by separate resolution of the Town Board.[1]

B. 
Term of license. The term of a mobile home court license shall begin on the date of issue and shall end on the next December 31. Fees shall not be refundable in whole or in part.
