The City of Altoona hereby adopts the applicable provisions
of Act No. 177 of December 19, 1996, P.L. 1158, No. 177, known as
"The Municipal Records Act" (53 P.S. § 1381 et seq.), and
the Retention and Disposition Schedule for Records of Pennsylvania
Municipalities authorized therein and the rules and regulations contained
therein, issued for the Local Government Records Committee by the
Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission through its Division
of Archival and Records Management Services, and adopted July 16,
1993, as amended from time to time.
The aforesaid Retention and Disposition Schedule for Records
of Pennsylvania Municipalities be and is hereby adopted by reference.
