Under the authority vested in the Planning Board of the Town
of Bellingham by M.G.L. ch. 41, § 18Q, said Board hereby
adopts these revised rules and regulations governing the subdivision
of land in the Town of Bellingham. Such rules and regulations shall
be effective on and after March 7, 1990.
