(a) In accordance with Article 3, Section
3-3 and Article
6, Section
6-1, the Mayor shall appoint a Director of Administrative Services who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.

(b) The Director of Administrative Services shall receive such salary
as City Council may determine by ordinance.
