The regular meetings of the Borough Council of the Borough of
Trainer shall convene on every second Thursday of each month at 7:30
p.m. in the Trainer Municipal Building.
All regular and special meetings shall be advertised as required
by law.
The Borough Council may, by resolution, establish such rules
of parliamentary procedure for the conduct of its meetings as it deems
appropriate. In the event no such resolution is adopted, then Robert's
Rules of Order shall be utilized in the conduct of meetings.
