No person shall place, erect, cause to be erected, maintain
or allow to be erected or maintained any basketball backboard and/or
hoop/net and/or hockey net in the streets of the Borough of Trainer.
No person shall place, erect, cause to be erected, maintain or allow
to be erected or maintained any basketball backboard and/or hoop/net
and/or hockey net in a location to facilitate the playing of basketball
or hockey in or upon the streets of the Borough of Trainer.
Any and all persons found to be in violation of this article
shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and/or imprisonment
not exceeding 90 days.
