It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 16 years to wander, stroll or play upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Galena between the hours of:
A. 
Friday: 11:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
B. 
Saturday: 11:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Sunday.
C. 
Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. the following morning.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 16 years to knowingly permit such minor to be present or upon public places as defined and enumerated in § 112-1 of this chapter.
B. 
The provision of this section do not apply to a minor who is accompanied by his or her parent(s) or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
A. 
Any parent, guardian, or other adult having custody of a minor in violation of § 112-2A shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be fined not more than $25; provided, however, that for a subsequent offense under § 112-2A of this article, the penalty shall be a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50.
B. 
Each violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
